Posse Boston Honors Carolyn and Peter S. Lynch, Raises over $220K at Power of 10 Event
In October, over 260 supporters, friends and alumni came together for Posse Boston’s fourth annual Power of 10 fundraiser. Held at the elegant State Room, with stunning views of the Boston Waterfront, the event raised more than $220,000 and recognized Carolyn and Peter S. Lynch of the Lynch Foundation for their philanthropic leadership and commitment to educational access.
Hamilton Posse Alumni Open for Jon Bon Jovi
Hamilton Posse 8 alumni Kadahj Bennett and Anthony Mathieu opened for Jon Bon Jovi and the Kings of Suburbia at a benefit concert for Hamilton College on December 5, 2012, at the Best Buy Theater in New York City.

In July, Posse Scholars hit the runway at The Posse Atlanta Fashion Show, modeling professional ensembles styled by Belk, a leading fashion retailer and Posse supporter.
President Obama Donates Portion of Nobel Peace Prize Money to Posse
On March 11, 2010, The Posse Foundation became one of only 10 organizations selected by President Barack Obama to receive a portion of the president's $1.4 million Nobel Peace Prize award money, which he elected to donate to charitable causes. The news that Posse will receive a generous gift of $125,000 came via a White House announcement.
