The role of the Posse trainer is to help recruit, train, and support Posse Scholars.
The primary responsibilities of the Director are to represent the youth focused mission of the program, manage the financial operations and the development goals of the site, maintain strong university partner relationships, work closely with a local advisory board to raise the annual budget, and to recruit and manage a team that ensures the coordination of all program operations.
The primary responsibilities of the program director are to oversee and manage the Posse program for up to six (6) university partners; manage a staff of up to four (4) trainers and one program coordinator; coordinate all program operations for the site.
