Bryn Mawr Alum Joins Posse Boston Advisory Board

Fall 2026 | Boston

Bryn Mawr College Posse alumna Kerlyne Jean (KJ) has joined the Posse Boston Advisory Board, building on years of involvement as a volunteer and partner in connecting Scholars with professional opportunities.

KJ is a director in PwC’s Health Transformations practice, where she leads projects focused on health care operations strategy for some of the nation’s largest health care providers. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has helped organizations address operational challenges and improve how they serve patients and communities. Her mother’s experience working in hospitals informs her interest in how health care systems support employees, from leadership to service teams. KJ also holds an MBA and a master’s degree in public health from Boston University.

Before joining the advisory board, KJ helped strengthen the relationship between Posse Boston and PwC. She has hosted career exploration events, participated in the first round of Posse’s Dynamic Assessment Process and recruited colleagues to volunteer. These efforts have introduced Scholars to consulting careers while creating opportunities for PwC employees to engage with Posse.

Recently, KJ hosted Posse Boston’s 2026 Alumni Induction event, welcoming new graduates into the local alumni network as it reached its 1,000-alumni milestone.

Posse Boston Director Yinnette Sano has known KJ since serving as her trainer during Pre-Collegiate Training. KJ’s appointment marks a new chapter in a relationship that began nearly two decades ago.

As an advisory board member, KJ brings the perspective of a former Scholar, a health care consulting professional and a longtime volunteer. Her experience connecting Scholars, alumni and colleagues will inform her work supporting Posse Boston.

“Seeing KJ grow in her leadership throughout the years has been such a gift,” says Yinnette. “I have had the privilege of working with her since she was 17 years old. She has always been a natural connector, agile-minded, and so insightful.”
