Houston Executive Joins Advisory Board

James P. Loucks, the chief commercial officer for Aon Risk Solutions, joined the Posse Houston Advisory Board in January 2014. A leader in the energy and insurance fields, Jim has long claimed Houston, Texas, as his home.

After graduating from Posse partner institution Vanderbilt University, Jim made his way into the insurance industry in 1989 working for Johnson & Higgins until the company was acquired 1997 by Marsh & McLennan. He then managed the business development practice for the Houston office of Marsh & McLennan before joining Aon in 2002.

Aon, a leading global provider of risk management, reinsurance and human resources solutions, is a Posse Career Program partner, recruiting Posse Chicago Scholars for internships.

Jim is on the board for the Bayou City Breakfast Club and he has served on the Texas Children’s Hospital Development Council and the Muscular Dystrophy Elite 50. He and his wife, Liz, have two sons who also live in Houston.
