West Monroe Deepens Partnership With Posse Los Angeles
Posse Los Angeles and West Monroe expanded their growing partnership this summer by hosting a combined Internship Celebration and Day of Service at the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office.
The annual Internship Celebration gives local Scholars an opportunity to reflect on their summer accomplishments and share their experiences with members of the Posse community. This year’s celebration coincided with West Monroe’s Day of Service, an annual initiative through which employees support organizations in the communities where they live and work.
During the event, Scholars connected with West Monroe professionals while celebrating internships completed across Los Angeles and beyond. West Monroe employees and Posse Los Angeles Career Program staff also led a LinkedIn workshop focused on helping Scholars present their experience and accomplishments professionally.
Through one-on-one sessions, West Monroe volunteers worked directly with Scholars to create or strengthen their LinkedIn profiles and identify effective ways to highlight their summer work.
The event marked the latest development in a relationship that began locally in summer 2025. West Monroe has collaborated with Posse nationally, including through its longstanding engagement with Posse Chicago, but its relationship with Posse Los Angeles is more recent.
As part of West Monroe’s 2025 Day of Service, employees partnered with Posse Los Angeles to refresh the chapter’s office with updated décor, informational materials and program displays. The project introduced more members of the firm to Posse’s work and sparked interest in additional opportunities for engagement.
Several months later, West Monroe hosted a first-round Dynamic Assessment Process (DAP) interview at its downtown office. West Monroe employees Ryan Fish and Armand Rabii worked with Posse Los Angeles leadership to coordinate the event, which became a highlight of the chapter’s 2025 DAP season.
This summer, West Monroe again welcomed Posse Los Angeles for a DAP interview and hosted a lunch-and-learn for its employees. During the session, Posse Los Angeles summer interns spoke about their experiences and helped West Monroe staff gain a deeper understanding of the program and its impact.
The relationship has also led to new philanthropic support. Posse Los Angeles recently received a three-year funding commitment from the West Monroe Community Impact Fund in recognition of the program’s work with young leaders throughout the region.
For both organizations, the Internship Celebration demonstrated how the partnership can combine employee engagement, professional development and direct support for Scholars.
“At West Monroe, we believe it’s important to give back to the communities where our people and clients live and work” says Ryan Fish, a director at West Monroe’s Technology and Experience practice and key contact for Posse Los Angeles. “Our growing partnership with Posse Los Angeles is a great example of what that can look like: bringing the West Monroe team together with the Posse Scholars in meaningful ways while supporting an organization that is making a real impact in the Los Angeles community and the broader world. We’re excited to continue deepening that relationship and impact.”
Posse Los Angeles looks forward to identifying additional opportunities for West Monroe employees to engage with Scholars and support the chapter’s work in the years ahead.
