Scholars, Alumni Win Competitive Fellowships & Scholarships

This year, 53 Posse Scholars and alumni won major national and international fellowship awards. These awards—Fulbright, Gilman, Mellon Mays, Watson, Humanity in Action, Peace Corps, the National Science Foundation, among others—allow Scholars and alumni to embark on teaching assistanships, independent study, international service and graduate-level research opportunities. Since 2001, Scholars and alumni have won more than 240 prestigious fellowship awards. In addition, six Scholars and alumni won Posse Graduate Scholarships to pursue advanced degrees at top universities affiliated with Posse.
