Tyler Zachem joins Posse New York as the newest member of the city’s advisory board. Tyler is a managing director and co-head of Carlyle Global Partners in New York City. He also serves as co-chair of the Carlyle U.S. Equity Opportunity Fund Investment Committee.

I look forward to helping Posse advance its important mission of identifying and training tomorrow's leaders.

"Thank you Steve Lefkowitz for introducing me to The Posse Foundation," Tyler says. "I look forward to getting involved and helping Posse advance its important mission of identifying and training tomorrow’s leaders."

Tyler began his private equity career at McCown De Leeuw & Co. in 1993 and later became a founding managing director and head of the North American Media and Communications Industry Group of DB Capital Partners. He later held the position of managing director and head of media, communications and business services group at MidOcean Partners.
