Posse New York Power of 10 Honors Vanderbilt Alum, Raises $97K

Winter 2023 | New York

This past October, Posse New York hosted its annual Power of 10 fundraiser at the Chelsea Factory in Manhattan. The event raised $97,000 and brought together over a hundred Posse guests and alumni.

During the evening’s celebrations, Posse New York honored Vanderbilt University Posse alumnus Renauld G. Clarke. Renauld currently serves as the director of diversity, equity and inclusion at law firm Brown Rudnick LLP, working across departments to develop and implement strategies to recruit and advanced the careers of women, people of color, the LGBTQIA+ community and professionals from other underrepresented populations.

Renauld introduced Brown Rudnick to The Posse Foundation and has overseen the involvement of the firm and its employees in several Posse endeavors.

Posse New York Director Michell Tollinchi acknowledged partners and sponsors, advisory board members and the host committee for their contributions to the evening’s success.

Local PNAAC representatives also took the stage to honor the 2022 Ainslie Award winner, Sarah Martinez Roth, a Colby College Posse alumna who is making significant strides in STEM research as a senior scientist in biomarkers at Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

The Power of 10, an important night for the Posse New York community, celebrated the accomplishments of Scholars and alumni. The Posse program is thankful for the generous donors who supported the evening, and all who attended.
