Bank of America, a national Posse Career Program partner, has awarded Posse Houston a $20,000 Workforce Development grant.

In the Houston market, Bank of America’s philanthropic efforts aim to help advance economic and social progress. The company focuses on supporting nonprofit organizations that connect individuals and families to opportunities that meet their basic needs and those that help chart pathways to long-term success.

Bank of America’s support strengthens Posse Houston’s ability to transform the life trajectories of 60 public high school students annually through training and ongoing mentorship.

“Bank of America’s continued support has been invaluable.”

“Bank of America’s continued support has been invaluable,” says Posse Houston Director Kamari Brewer. “We are so grateful for this partnership, and for the many lives it allows us to touch.”

Posse Houston was celebrated at Bank of America’s community partner reception this past summer, represented by Brooks McGee, a Posse Houston advisory board member, and DePauw University alumna and current PNAAC representative Jazmin Lesane. Bank of America Houston Market President Hong Ogle recognized Posse Houston along with other community partners for their impact in the greater Houston area.
