Posse Boston Welcomes Two Career Program Partners

The Posse Career Program partners with more than 200 industry-leading companies that provide professional development opportunities for Scholars and alumni. Two new partners, InterSystems and Raytheon Technologies, have recently joined this program at Posse Boston.

InterSystems is a vendor of software systems and technology for high-performance database management, application development, integration and healthcare information systems. The company works to ensure that their clients have reliable, real-time access to effectively and efficient perform their job. The Posse Boston team is excited to join forces with InterSytems to provide new opportunities for Scholars and alumni.

Raytheon is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity solutions. With Raytheon at the forefront of advanced technology, the Posse Boston team looks forward to new collaborations to provide career-enhancing experiences for Scholars and alumni.

As part of its commitment to the success of Posse Scholars, Raytheon made a generous grant of $50,000 to Posse Boston last fall.

“By partnering with The Posse Foundation, we’re hoping to enhance the undergraduate experience by offering meaningful internships and job opportunities for their alumni community,” says Sam Sullivan, Corporate Social Responsibility Lead at Raytheon Missiles and Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. “We are really excited to be part of this program and looking forward to empowering the next Posse generation.”

InterSystems and Raytheon join Posse Boston’s extensive roster of Career Program partners. Counted among this group is a growing number of STEM and technology companies including Alnylam, Biogen, Brooks Automation, Toast, Vertex and Wayfair.
