Posse Boston Welcomes Newest Class with Record-Breaking Scholarships

On January 22, 2026, the Posse Boston team proudly celebrated the newest class of 51 Scholars at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. Surrounded by over 200 family members, educators, alumni, and partners from universities and corporations, the room buzzed with excitement as the Scholars’ achievements were honored.

This exceptional cohort earned more than $10 million in full-tuition scholarships from five of the nation’s distinguished institutions of higher education: Bryn Mawr College, Bucknell University, Centre College, Union College, and Rutgers University.

Posse Boston Director and Bryn Mawr Posse alum Yinnette Sano welcomed the Scholars with inspiring words:

"To the newest cohort of Posse Boston Scholars, this ceremony marks the beginning of an amazing and exciting new journey,” she said. “You have worked hard to reach this moment, and you’re now taking a significant next step in your educational path. But you will not be alone. As a Posse Scholar, you join a network that will support, encourage, and rely on you. Welcome to the Posse family."
