Notre Dame, Tulane Alumni Advance in Graduate Studies, Technology Careers

Waseem Thabata, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, is beginning the Master of Quantitative Management program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Through a partnership with Duke’s Graduate Affiliated Program, he is the first in his family to pursue a graduate degree.

Waseem is participating in Fuqua’s Strategy Trek, sharpening his analytical skills with the goal of becoming a consultant working at the intersection of finance and economic development. His academic background and entrepreneurial experiences provide a strong foundation as he takes this next step on his professional path.

Dwane Tillis Jr., a graduate of Tulane University, has started a new role as an account executive at Dell Technologies. In this position, he supports clients across the country in identifying technology solutions that help businesses grow.

Based in Austin, Texas, Dwane combines relationship-building, strategic outreach and problem-solving while learning from one of the world’s leading technology companies. He continues to carry forward the leadership values that shaped his academic and professional journey.
