Fidelity Invests in Scholars’ Success

Posse Boston’s commitment to providing career development opportunities for Posse Scholars is made possible through its partnerships with leading corporations like Fidelity Investments, whose generous contributions are vital to our Scholars’ success.

As part of its goal to increase access to competitive internships and full-time positions for Scholars, Posse Boston recently held its annual Winter Career Day at Fidelity headquarters in downtown Boston. The event, which took place in January, marked an important moment in Posse Boston’s ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between higher education and meaningful career pathways for students. As host of the event, Fidelity provided a platform for students to envision their futures at top companies.

Throughout the day, students took advantage of the opportunity to learn more about Posse Boston’s Career partners and the range of employment opportunities available. The event featured informative, engaging sessions, including a networking reception where Scholars were able to converse one-on-one with industry professionals.

In addition to Fidelity, participating companies included Career partners MFS, PwC, Toast, Senator Warren’s Office, Boston Plan for Excellence, Boston Musuem of Fine Arts, State Street, Berkshire Hathaway, Mass Audubon, TJX, and Trust for Public Land.
