Fidelity Bank Joins Posse New Orleans as Newest Career Partner
Posse New Orleans welcomes Fidelity Bank as a Career Program partner, opening a new channel of meaningful professional experiences for Posse Scholars and alumni.
As a Posse partner, Fidelity Bank will offer summer internships for Scholars each year and will list competitive, full-time job opportunities for program graduates. The ongoing involvement will include career coaching and career development events.

This partnership exemplifies Fidelity Bank’s “Here for Good” mission, which the company applies not only for individual clients, but also extends into the local community. The financial institution has served the Gulf Coast Region for over 100 years.
In 2022, Fidelity Bank hired six Posse Scholars for their inaugural summer internship program. Participating Scholars hail from Posse sites across the country, including from New Orleans, Los Angeles and New York.
Nationwide, the Posse Career Program partners with more than 250 industry-leading companies to provide critical professional development opportunities for Posse Scholars and alumni. The diverse portfolio of Career Program partners reflects the interests of Posse Scholars and includes investment banks, law firms, insurance companies, media organizations, educational institutions, and more.
