
D.C. Executives Join Advisory Board
Posse D.C. is thrilled to announce the addition of two members to its advisory board: Mark Carlson, a partner at Ernst & Young LLP and Wesley Combs, the North American diversity and inclusion leader at The Boston Consulting Group.
Mark Carlson has been with Ernst & Young for more than 20 years and is a partner in the firm’s fraud investigations and dispute services practice. Working with clients in various industries, including retail, technology, health care and financial services, Mark conducts forensic accounting in financial investigations and accounting and auditing disputes.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to contribute to Posse’s mission and develop leaders of the future,\" says Mark. \"Posse’s focus on leadership and teamwork prepares its Scholars to make significant contributions to employers and the communities where they live. I look forward to promoting The Posse Foundation and actively participating in the development of its Scholars.”
At The Boston Consulting Group, Wes Combs is responsible for the development and execution of a wide range of diversity programs affecting employees at all levels across the company. With more than 25 years of diversity experience, he previously worked for Accenture, launching the firm’s inclusion and diversity practice, and founded Witeck-Combs Communications, a strategy firm integrating diversity and inclusion into operating, talent and market frameworks.
