Allstate Executive Joins Advisory Board

Fall 2025 | Chicago

This year, the Posse Chicago advisory board welcomed Amy Juknelis, the vice president of service design and enablement in the enterprise customer experience division at Allstate. In this role, Amy works across the organization to design and enable customer-centered service experiences that strengthen satisfaction and retention. She previously led service contact center delivery and operations.

Since joining Allstate in 2003, Amy has held a variety of positions supporting Allstate Auto/Home, Property Specialty Product Lines and Allstate Business Insurance. Before Allstate, she worked for State Farm Insurance Company.

She first learned about the Posse Foundation from Julie Parson, chair of the Posse Chicago Advisory Board, who invited her to attend Posse Chicago’s Power of 10 event in 2022.

“I had been talking with Allstate peers about my desire to volunteer on a larger scale, feeling compelled to use my resources to give back to causes I believe in and have passion for,” says Amy. “They reintroduced me to Posse and the current opening on the Chicago Advisory Board. It was a great fit.”

Since joining, Amy has volunteered as an evaluator for the Dynamic Assessment Process (DAP), Posse’s unique student selection method.

DAP was amazing,” she says. “Seeing the nominated students share themselves openly, connect to one another, and respectfully explore tough issues gives me so much hope for the future.”

With a long-standing commitment to inclusion, diversity, and employee development at Allstate, Amy focuses on creating spaces where employees feel they belong and can reach their full potential.

“In my job, I have a passion for creating spaces of belonging and connection, believing that it will help individuals reach their full potential and we will collectively be better for that,” she says. “Posse does this on a scale I could never imagine, providing resources and support to create the leaders of tomorrow. I’m so excited to be even a small part of that mission.”
