Trinity Alumna Pays It Forward on Advisory Board

Winter 2015 | New York

Trinity College Posse alumna Nicole Tsesmelis, a global contributions specialist for Colgate-Palmolive, is a member of the Posse National Alumni Advisory Council (PNAAC) and serves on the Posse New York Advisory Board. As she has built her career, giving back to the organization that she credits with transforming her life has always been a priority.

“The increasing pools of talented students that Posse is reaching and making an impact on makes me proud,” Nicole says.

According to Nicole, Posse helped her discover that a personal passion for philanthropy could be a career path. At Colgate-Palmolive, she manages their annual giving campaign, employee volunteerism, and a high school summer internship program. Her position is wide-ranging and fulfills her drive to empower and assist others, something reinforced by her experiences with Posse.

As a PNAAC rep, Nicole is most proud of being able to build connections with different generations of Posse alumni. Her strong personal connection to the program make her a powerful advocate for Posse and a great resource to other Scholars and alumni.

“If someone from Posse calls you, you’re always going to take that call,” says Nicole.
