The Friedkin Group Joins Posse Houston as Corporate Career Partner
Posse Houston is pleased to welcome The Friedkin Group (TFG) as the program’s newest corporate partner.
The company has a long commitment to serving the community, with efforts like delivering meals to those in need, supporting the United Way and volunteering with Boys and Girls Clubs. The privately-held consortium of businesses and investments has now added Posse to their network of support, placing an emphasis on career development for Scholars and alumni.
“Through access to education, individuals can learn and develop the skills needed for sustainable, successful careers,” the company said in a recent statement. “That is why we are excited to announce a new partnership with The Posse Foundation, an organization that identifies, recruits and trains diverse students with extraordinary leadership potential who are often overlooked in the admissions process at America’s elite universities.”
TFG believes that access to opportunity, regardless of background, is imperative to keep cities and businesses moving in the right direction.
The company’s Posse partnership has also extended beyond Posse Houston to forge similar connections with Posse New York and Posse Los Angeles. The partnership will pair TFG businesses with Posse Scholars for internships that will assist them in becoming the leaders of tomorrow.

A host of more than 200 industry-leading companies also make up the national Career Program partner network, providing critical professional development opportunities for Posse Scholars and alumni.
