Posse Boston Welcomes Columbia Threadneedle Executive to Advisory Board

Posse Boston welcomes Scott Couto, Head of North America at Ameriprise/Columbia Threadneedle Investments, to its advisory board.

Scott has more than 27 years of industry experience and oversees a number of the company’s U.S. business lines. In his role, Scott is a member of the Global Heads Group at Columbia Threadneedle and the Ameriprise Financial Executive Leadership Team.

Before joining Columbia Threadneedle, Scott was the president of Fidelity Institutional Asset Management and held a number of executive positions at Fidelity Investments. He has also held roles at Evergreen Investment Management Company, LLC, and at Liberty Funds.

Scott joins Ted Truscott, CEO of Global Asset Management at Ameriprise, on the Posse Boston Advisory Board. Together they make a strong leadership team in Posse’s relationship with Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Ameriprise.
