Posse Boston Celebrates Alumni Community

This past spring, Posse Boston hosted alumni at Ned Devine’s, a popular Irish pub located in Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall. The annual “Spring Fling” social was launched in collaboration with Posse National Alumni Advisory Council (PNAAC) representatives and brings together local Boston alumni for an evening of networking and community building.

This year’s event gathered nearly 50 alumni representing almost every Posse site across the country. The night featured hors d’oeuvres, a raffle drawing, and a cocktail hour.

“It was an effective opportunity to connect the older alumni with people who just graduated,” said University of Virginia alum Ronnie Kuriakose. “After Covid changed some of the dynamics we’ve had in Posse, it was exciting to attend an in-person event and revitalize the alumni base.”

Many alumni donated to Posse at the event, drawing praise from Hamilton College alum and PNAAC representative Cynthia Rodriguez-Paul.

“The Posse Boston alumni community is a powerful force, leading in the workforce and giving back to Posse through volunteering and donations,” she said.
