Middlebury Alumna Develops National Entrepreneurship Program in Uganda

Angelica Towne graduated from Middlebury College five years ago determined to use her education to empower youth in developing countries around the world. Today, the international studies major is the co-founder and country director of Educate!, a national youth leadership development organization that works with thousands of students and young entrepreneurs in Uganda.

PossePlus Retreats Tackle Class, Power, Privilege

This spring, 3,500 students from 37 Posse partner colleges and universities across the country explored the topic of class, power and privilege at weekend retreats facilitated by The Posse Foundation.

Carmen Green Jr. is the 2012 recipient of the Ainslie Alumni Achievement Award. Currently a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, Carmen exemplifies the leadership qualities characteristic of the men and women who risk their lives in service to our country.
