New Chair Leads Advisory Board at Posse Chicago

Julie Parsons has been appointed as the new chair of the Posse Chicago Advisory Board.

Julie has worked for Allstate Insurance Company since 1993, and currently serves as the chief operating officer of Personal Property-Liability. During her tenure at Allstate, Julie has been recognized on Chicago Crain’s “Top 40 Under 40”, with the Chicago Anti-Defamation League Rising Star award, and as one of Diversity MBA’s Top 100 under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders, among other accolades.

Recognizing the importance of supporting young people early in their careers, Julie has served as a coach, mentor and long-time supporter of Allstate’s Young Professionals organization. Julie’s commitment to paying it forward paved the way for her to join the Posse Chicago Advisory Board in 2014.

She added, that as a Purdue University alumna, she is thrilled that her alma mater recently joined as a Posse Virtual Program partner.

Julie succeeds Peter Saravis, co-founder and executive chairman of Evive, who served as Posse Chicago Advisory Board Chair for three years.
