Erin Asprec, the executive vice president and regional president-south region of Memorial Hermann Health Systems, is the newest member of the Posse Houston Advisory Board. She is passionate about ensuring access to education and empowering the nation’s young people to become the leaders of tomorrow.

“I was very drawn to Posse after volunteering during the Dynamic Assessment Process,” says Erin, who also volunteers as a career coach. “The students were simply amazing. I have been fortunate to have some amazing mentors who have opened doors for me and I want to pay it forward.”

At Memorial Hermann, Erin has focused on the growth of key service lines, including oncology, heart and vascular, orthopedics, neuroscience, and specialty surgery services. She also spearheaded the formation of Women Leaders of Memorial Hermann to build a strong network and a culture of excellence among women leaders.

She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives as well as the Women’s Initiative Steering Committee of the United Way of Greater Houston.
