Belk Hosts Posse Atlanta Fashion Show

Winter 2013 | Atlanta

In July, Posse Scholars hit the runway at The Posse Atlanta Fashion Show, modeling professional ensembles styled by Belk, a leading fashion retailer and Posse supporter. At the event, Scholars from Bard College, Brandeis University, Boston University and The College of Wooster demonstrated that young professionals can dress to impress without sacrificing their personal style.

Jaime Adcock, an event specialist at Belk, led the charge in the weeks leading up to the runway show. She and her team created individual, distinctive looks for each Scholar model, with each outfit designed to showcase the appropriate length, fit, cut and color of professional clothing as well as the right types of accessories.

“Professionalism is seen before it is heard,” said Adam Brinson (Wooster Posse 4) who helped model  a variety of looks appropriate for daytime business meetings and after-work functions.

Posse Atlanta is extremely grateful to Belk for providing Scholars with this unique opportunity for professional development.
