Internship Celebration Recognizes Scholars’ Hard Work
In August, more than 70 guests gathered at the Posse Los Angeles office to celebrate the hard work of Scholars who secured meaningful research, volunteer and internship opportunities this summer.
Dickinson College Posse alumna Lindsey Blais, the human resources connection assistant coordinator at NBCUniversal, Inc., welcomed guests and shared the role Posse played in developing her career.
“Posse and my Career Program Manager have been crucial to my professional success,” said Lindsey. “Posse has connected me to amazing internship opportunities and a great career coach.”
The networking celebration facilitated group discussions among Scholars and representatives from Career Program partners about what it takes to be a successful intern. The discussions allowed Scholars to become acquainted with the variety of companies and opportunities in the Posse network.
