Boston Leadership Council Expands
For many years Posse Boston has benefited from the support of a committed Leadership Council, civic-minded individuals who help Posse develop new resources and strategic relationships in the community. Earlier this year, Posse Boston welcomed 16 new members to the council, bringing the total membership to 27.
“I wanted to become involved so that I could see the whole picture from the perspective of both Posse and Denison,\" says new Leadership Counil member John Kimpel, a Denison alumnus. \"The Leadership Council is a wonderful way to enhance this holistic view.”
Both new and returning Council members were welcomed at the first annual Leadership Council meeting on January 26, 2015. Hosted by Old Mutual Asset Management, Posse Boston Advisory Board Chair Paul Selian, along with fellow Boston Advisory Board members and Posse Boston staff, provided an overview of the Council’s role in Posse Boston’s continued success.
In addition to the Posse Boston Advisory Board, the council is a vital part of Posse Boston’s volunteer leadership team. Leadership Council members are Posse ambassadors whose stewardship deepens Posse Boston’s connections with volunteers and philanthropic organizations.
