Posse’s signature fundraiser is the annual Power of 10. Each year, Posse Atlanta welcomes over 150 guests in celebration of diversity and equity in education and to honor a philanthropic leader in education. Leaders from top Atlanta-based companies, major philanthropists, prominent community members and educators, as well as Posse Scholars will attend the event.

The Power of 10 event pays tribute to our successful cohort model of Posses—multicultural groups of 10 student leaders who attend a highly selective college or university together in order to build community and promote diversity. Posse Scholars graduate at a rate of 90 percent and take on leadership roles in the workforce.
